Our mission is to manage and build specialist software businesses that develop unique mission-critical software solutions to address the specific needs of our markets which include private asset managers, investment managers, fund administrators, development banks and real estate investors.

Our company was founded in 2016 to create a portfolio of vertical market software companies that have the potential to be leaders in their particular market. Since then, we have grown rapidly through organic growth, and established strong companies with an increasingly diverse customer base.

We have three operating companies – daappa, nadi solutions and STREETS - which currently service clients in over 6 markets in Europe, MENA and North America. Headquartered in Luxembourg, with offices in London, Bangalore, Lausanne and Luxembourg, we have 90+ employees across all locations.

Bertil Rouveure
Executive Chairman

Bertil is the founder of brd fintech group and is also the Executive Chairman of daappa, nadi solutions and STREETS. He founded Multifonds in 1995, a software provider to financial institutions globally, and led the company until its acquisition by Temenos Group AG in 2015. Prior to Multifonds, Bertil held senior positions with Digital Equipment in Europe. Bertil resides in London

Alan Naughton
Member of Board of Managers

Alan is a director of daappa in the UK and India, and has been with the group since 2018 and has 40 years of global banking and investment servicing experience acquired in multiple geographic locations with leading financial institutions, Alan was previously head of Standard Chartered Bank’s securities services and corporate agency and trust business, based in Singapore, having joined in 2012 from JPMorgan in London where he had been head of Commercial Management for the Global Funds Division since 2008. Outside of work Alan can be found on the squash and tennis courts, hacking mostly unsuccessfully around a golf course, or travelling (when permitted) in Asia with his family.

Mikhael Senot
Member of Board of Managers

Mikhael is the CEO of Ates, a Luxembourg accounting practice, and is also the accountant for brd fintech group and nadi solutions. Prior to joining Ates Mikhael was a partner with Fiduo S.A and led their practice in Luxembourg. having started his career with Deloitte in Luxembourg. Mikhael is also a professor at the University of Metz, France on cost accounting.

Karim Ali
Member of Board of Managers

Karim is the CEO of daappa and also oversees the operations of nadi solutions and has been with the group since 2020. With over 20 years’ of experience in the asset management front office environment, operational change and strategic design areas Karim has held multiple leadership roles, encompassing large-scale infrastructure and  operating model redesign inclusive of systems selection, integration and workflow. In 2006 Karim co-founded CYMBA Technologies, a leading provider of front office financial technology solutions for Asset Managers, before its acquisition in 2016. Karim also holds non-executive roles at both FinTech start-ups and Charitable Foundations.
